The eyes are often the first place we notice aging, but they don't always need a dramatic change.

This patient in her late 40s underwent a lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and CO₂ laser resurfacing to address undereye hollowing, crepey skin, and an overall tired appearance.

One of the biggest myths about filler? That you need to "top it off" every 6–12 months.

The truth is, it's not that simple.

Filler can be great when done appropriately and in moderation, but it doesn't just go away no matter what. It gradually changes over time and integrates into your soft tissue so while the effect may fade, the gel itself can stick around (most especially around the eyes).

This means adding more filler every time your calendar says it's due can actually lead to overfilling and a gradual loss of "baseline."

The goal isn't to keep chasing volume. The goal is to make thoughtful decisions based on what your face needs today.

Sometimes that means a little volume from filler. Sometimes it means doing nothing at all. Sometimes it means lifting thru surgery.

One of the biggest "lies" about facelifts is that they make you look different. The truth is, when done well, they simply show who you actually are.

This patient in her 50s underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift with deep sculpting, facial fat grafting, and CO₂ laser resurfacing as part of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation plan. While every procedure played an important role, what stands out most is the restored definition along her jawline, a crisper transition into her neck, and a result that looks refreshed but not overdone.

I wish I could show you her entire face because she's legit GORGEOUS, but she prefers to only share her lower face on social media for now. Even so, I think you can appreciate at least part of her youthful and natural-looking rejuvenation super well!
