There are some transformations that are truly life

There are some transformations that are truly life changing. This, in my opinion, is one of them. The before photos show not her natural nose, but rather the unfortunate result of a previous rhinoplasty (nose surgery) that didn’t quite deliver on it’s promise. She was bothered by a persistently droopy tip, an undertreated bump, and permanent green sutures that were visible through the thin skin of her nose.

She is now over 1 year out from her revision septorhinoplasty and I’m officially in love with her result! 😍 Her procedure was especially complicated and consisted of significant reconstructive tipwork, replacement of multiple cartilage grafts for added support, and the removal of many old green sutures that were misplaced in the first place.

As excited as I am about her beautiful natural outcome, her kindness is what makes it really special. She’s a joy to have in the office and I’m beyond grateful she trusted me with her face. 🙏🏻

She’s only a few weeks out but I’m too excited to wait. 😍 My beautiful patient in her 50s was noticing some laxity, volume loss, and overall facial maturity that had her feeling not herself. Happier, softer, more refreshed! This lovely lady is just several months out from her facial rejuvenation procedure and is healing great. She wanted to be extra conservative and do “just enough” to look youthful but not have her change be overly dramatic.

We performed an extended deep plane preservation facelift, neck lift with deep sculpting, and temporal brow reset. She didn’t want anything done directly around her eyes, so we focused on resetting the “frame” of her face and jawline.

We’re both thrilled with her early results and love that she doesn’t have any obvious signs of surgery. The best part is that no one has noticed!! 😉
