This patient, in her 60s, is about seven months post-procedure from a facelift, neck lift with sculpting, upper lip lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing, and approximately one month out from upper and lower blepharoplasty, temporal brow reset, and micro fat grafting. Her facelift and neck lift restored definition and contour, while the upper lip lift enhanced balance and proportion. The CO2 laser resurfacing improved skin texture and reduced fine lines. More recently, the blepharoplasty and brow reset brightened her eye area, and micro fat grafting restored subtle, youthful volume. The result is a naturally refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
