Dr. Justin Cohen

Bio

Justin Cohen, M.D., F.A.C.S is a Washington, D.C.area native who graduated from top-rated Eastern Virginia Medical School where he was awarded early induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Cohen then completed a General Surgery internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. His residency experience included mentorship by world-renowned surgeons Dr. Andrew Jacono and Dr. Steven Pearlman. He trained at two Ivy League institutions – Columbia and Cornell, served as Chief of his residency program, and Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.

Upon completing his training, Dr. Cohen entered the Air Force to serve as Director for the division of Facial Plastic Surgery at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. For his many contributions during his time in Active Duty, he was honored with the Meritorious Service Medal and multiple commendations.

Subsequently, Dr. Cohen pursued even greater specialization in Facial Cosmetic Surgery by completing a year-long Fellowship with Drs. Mark and Robert Glasgold in Princeton, New Jersey. Dr. Cohen is board-certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, as well as the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Cohen is one of the few surgeons in the country who performs a true “deep-plane facelift” and is highly sought after for his natural-looking facial rejuvenation procedures. He is also recognized for his unique techniques in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty that create balanced and lasting results.

When not in the OR, Dr. Cohen can likely be found exercising in his garage gym or on the Peloton, playing sports, or spending time with his beautiful wife and kids.
