I LOVE rejuvenating jawlines and necks. This is literally one of my favorite things to do. That said, I may not have been able to achieve a result like this even just 6 months ago because the science of facelift surgery is evolving at light speed. If you know me, you know I am constantly refining my techniques in order to get as close to perfect as possible. This “crispness” and definition, while maintaining a relaxed and natural look, is the culmination of so many little additions to my surgical approach.

The “Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift” is basically an entry-level operation at this point. How can we elevate results further? Here are just a few advanced maneuvers that I use regularly to elevate my results to the next level:

✅ - Anterior digastric muscle scultping
✅ - Submandibular gland reduction / trimming
✅ - Mastoid crevasse platysmal suspension
✅ - Creation of a Roskies patch for improved neck circulation and support
✅ - “Sail boat” modification to the deep plane entry point
✅ - Cephalic SMAS tensioning
✅ - Deep neck fat contouring
✅ - Cephalic platysmal cuff suspension
✅ - Lower third facial fat grafting
✅ - Custom flap vectoring

We did a preservation deep plane facelift, neck lift with deep sculpting, brow reset, upper blepharoplasty, upper lip lift, slight earlobe reduction, mole excision (from cheek), and CO2 laser resurfacing to top it all off.

I'm loving how her contours are feminine and beautiful, and everything is working together for a natural result. 🎯
