Photos are very helpful as they allow our team to provide more customized advice on whether a consultation with Dr. Cohen would be right for you. We invite you to submit three photographs showing your front face, left and right profiles, in advance of your complimentary discussion with our patient care coordinator. Try to take the photograph from a distance of a few feet and pull your hair back. The camera lens should be at eye level and your chin should be parallel with the floor. Thank you!
